If you have any symptoms or have recently been exposed to Covid-19 please postpone your appointment.  There is no penalty for late notice changes that are related to Covid-19.

On every visit we will discuss what you need today.  Your massage will be customized to spend more time on a problem area if you like.  I will adjust the pressure I use based on what feels best to you.

This is not your typical massage.  It's more interactive than most standard massages, and you can experience longer lasting results.  To start I'll use some Neural Reset Therapy techniques to quickly relieve pain and loosen your muscles back to normal.  It's fast and pain free to you and is done fully clothed.  Following that I will also do some regular massage for even more relaxation and stress relief.

Arrive a few minutes early so we can plan your massage.  If you are new there is a health form to fill out.

I accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

Tipping is not necessary.  I'd rather see you use that money for more massage sessions and I don't want you to feel like you can't come back unless you give the same tip as before.  Let's keep it simple and not add any more stress to this - that's what we're trying to get rid of!
